By far one of the most memorable stores on our european adventures was a hidden treasure in East London's market district was Labour And Wait. Established in 2000, this timeless store full of functional and useful products which embody a industrial, and hearty feel which  offer everything from balls of yarn to cotton drill worker men jackets to recycled army uniform tote bags.

They had us captivated for hours. We wanted to take it all home! Even the seed packets- and we don't even have a garden fit for sweet pea!

A small selection is also available from Dover Street Market. But to have a look through all the products available you can check their site here.

Enjoy!

The last two months have been crazy busy here for me. I have just returned home from our honeymoon in Europe which was amazing and I secretly never wanted to leave! So I have not had the time to share anything from the last few months. I will try now...

I wanted to share with you an insight to the amazing new magazine LURVE. A bi-annual  arts/fashion magazine predominately aimed at women, that goes beyond the surface of hype and brings to the air some amazing new and undiscovered talent, not to mention some already familiar names in a different light.

Put together from Berlin and Paris by Lyna Ahanda, I was given the opportunity to be the Arts Co-ordinator for issue one. We touched base with Terrence Koh, Merly Smith, Chadwick Tyler and Yuval Pudik. Having only seen a couple of proofs before buying a copy at Colette, I was very impressed with the design and layout of the magazine, not only in the fashion editorials shot by Martina Olsson, John Gripenholm and Sebastien Agnetti, but in the overall aesthetic of the magazine.

A great project to be involved in I cannot wait to help with the next issue! Here is a little sampler from inside...
