Bergdorf Goodman's windows are legendary here in this little city. The CHANEL installation is now proof of two things:
(1) CHANEL is slowly taking over the world and
(2) My windows will never be that good................

If you are in retail, I really don't have to tell you how off the charts-crucial-Bergdorf Goodman's merchandising is. Beyond powerhouse. I stopped by the new handbag room on the 57th street side to merchandise our new YSL wall and I freaked. The mannequins placement is amazing. On the walls! Hiding behind column's! Then they have these beautiful rainfall chandeliers- I was impressed. Well worth the wait Mrs. Fargo, well worth the wait......
I have always been into -looking into- what people are getting into (say that three times fast!!).
I reached out to Angelo Baque moons ago when I saw his photo on facebook through Heron Preston's profile.  I recognized his name because I used to read his posts on RIOTTT.
A little messaging back and forth, a drink and a bite to eat and I was impressed.  For someone that has contributed (if not help build) NY staples like Nom De Guerre and SUPREME Baque keeps on killing it as, well, Baque.
Never obnoxious, never in your face about his accomplishments, Angelo is a true figure in the independent label industry.  His blog is a good one too.  If he is kicking it at a family BBQ, at a photoshoot with Terry Richardson, or hanging out at the same party as Andre Benjamin his lens is always unaltered.  He always takes his own photos and always is providing nothing but the truth.  All in his eyes, check it out.

Everyone is asking.  On September 6th, they'll all know.
There is one window in NY that always hits the mark.
That window is Hermes, at 60th and Madison.

Tasteful, elegant, and that extra touch of style.

"I want to take your picture," was one of the first things Jenna said to me. I was like, nah, I kind of want to take yours.
