Its hard to say what inspiration we have each each year. Every year is different but the common thread is that were always looking for something "real" and "pop" and "easy to use".  You can pick up on that just walking through Harajuku or by traveling to and hanging out in London or Paris.


Does your pug LYRA  get a custom Head Porter case one day?

She already has a Head porter Dog Carry Bag. But we only make it once in a while. Next time I think id like to make her a white leopard or polka dot fabric bag.


What is some of your favorite music/songs to listen to when you are creating your designs?

Normally, I dont listen to music when designing. I end up focussing on the music if its playing.  I love all kind of music but recently listen to XX and Deerhunter, Arvo Part to relax to.


Was your family and upbringing creative?

Not really. But my mother used to make us all our clothes so we used to knit and work with fabric when we were small.
