Mark your calendars! On May 17,
Nov York CIty opens at Alife in Los Angeles. Based on Dumar Brown's novel
The World Screaming Nov, the exhibition features new work by Eric Haze.
Eric is creating eight archival silkscreen works on canvas, and I am looking forward to seeing his work in person. He has been a notable figure in the design and fashion community over the last few decades, and his iconic graphics have defined the visual language of hip hop bands such as the Beastie Boys, Public Enemy and LL Cool J.
The event also marks the debut of the
The World Screaming Nov collaborative set, which includes a signed copy of Brown's novel and a custom Alife t-shirt designed by Eric Haze.
Look for more art events at Alife LA in the coming months, as they will be presenting special exhibitions throughout the year.
