This past Wednesday marks the opening of The Food Dudes (Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo) new restaurant Animal located at 435 North Fairfax Avenue in Los Angeles. I went to a test dinner earlier this week, and of course, the food was amazing. Having been treated to their catering for the past few years, I am excited about the launch of their new restaurant.

Gary Baseman's highly-collectible collab with Harveys Seatbeltbags is finally here. I played a small role in making the project happen, and this week, I received a set of the beautiful bags.

Not only do the handbags feature Baseman's artwork on the outside, they also have an amazing custom lining and key charms of his Venison, Creamy and Marilyn characters. And i secretly love the dust bags that are imprinted with hot pink metallic Baseman images.

Baseman was just featured on Fecal Face, and his next solo show will be in Barcelona this July at IguaPop gallery. Check it out if you are in Spain for Bread & Butter.

Hair hats by Japanese artist Nagi Noda are a little crazy and a lot of fun. They come in a variety of species, and of course, the dogs are my favorite.
