One of my favorite things in the whole wide world (aside from garment, textile and jewelery manufacturing), is skincare treatments. I love technology and expensive machines that do crazy rad stuff. When it comes to skin and beauty treatments my favorite place to go is, Veronica Skin Care in Malibu. I love The Hyperberic Oxygen Facial, The Ultrasonic Facial AND The 24 Karat Gold Facial (my favorite!! scroll down to check it). Veronica also has a medi-spa with services ranging from Botox, Restylane and Juvederm injections, Fraxel, Endermologie, laser hair removal, acupuncture and nutrition. Love Veronica's, especially in 24 Karats...
Veronica Barton Schwartz (hands down) is one of the most amazing women, that I know. I would def say she is at the top of my inspirational women list (tied for the number 1 spot with my aunt Heidi von Beltz). And quite honestly, if it wasn't for her...I would not be able to show my face in public. Not only is she the only person that I trust with my skin, but she is seriously the epitome of class and I have looked up to her since I was 13 years old (and I'm now 33. Shhh...Don't tell I said that...). I love Veronica Barton Schwartz. You just can't get any better as far as I'm concerned. With 30 years of experience under her belt, Veronica does everybody from First-Ladies to Academy Award winners...And you know I just love First-Ladies and Academy Award winners!!
First, I got the Micro Dermabrasion Power Peel (love to the next level). Micro Dermabrasion is amazing and resurfaces the skin. It is has been used for 50 years and is the only major treatment that is non-invasive to help treat acne scars, acarin, pigmentations and it helps with fine lines and wrinkles. I love micro dermabrasion, but will only let Veronica do it. Especially after the horror stories I've heard...
Now, onto The 24 karats. First, she does a deep double cleans on the skin. The Ultrasonic Nano Mister (rad) is 7 times smaller than the water droplets from a traditional steamer. That along with the Gamma PGA is a fermented soy bean (actual food), a Japanese soy bean based health food. 100% natural and preservative free. It's ten times more hydrating than Hyaluronic Acid. That along with the Ultrasonic Nano Mist helps the 24 Karat gold penetrate the skin.
There are 5 things that the gold does. It lifts and firms (prevents sagging skin and provides a tightening effect). The second thing is...it reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles (Superior hydrating formula). Third, it lightens and brightens the skin (reduces age spots). It eradicates free radicals (it prevents aging of the skin). And...It gives your skin a golden glow (creates luminosity). I love golden glows and luminosity. Obvi the only way to go!!!
The Omnilux Light Therapy, is a light-emitting diode treatment excellent for sun damage, acne scars and aging skin. You lay under it for 20 minutes. It increases serotonin in the brain. It puts you almost in a meditative state (love that). After this treatment I felt totally uplifted and relaxed. It targets clients with sun damage (I love laying out to the next level...) hyper pigmentation skin (blotchy and uneven skin tone). And clients with over sized clogged pores. Clinically proven to stimulate collagen and elastin (plumps and smooths on me fo sho). And it is completely natural and non-invasive (totally green). This treatment has no adverse side effects. It is excellent for Asian and Dark Skin. AND...This treatment is so hot that Veronica had to get two machines. The Omnilux aka The Lunch Time Repair is excellent to achieve a pre red-carpet, pre-date night, or pre-wedding glow and def perfect right before you hit up the Academy Awards (Love that!!).
I love my glow to the next level. Amazing!! I'm totally addicted to the glow right now. LOVE IT.
Veronica has also recently come out with a new product line too. It's super high tech and loaded with the latest innovations.
The Alpha Lipoic Antioxidant Cream restores your young skin and contains Alpha Lipoic , DMAE, Copper, Co-Enzyme Q10, Vitamin E and Retinol. Excellent for rejuvenating skin, it is an all-in-1 super antioxidant cream and minimizes pores. (Very hot!!)
The Seaweed Peptide Serum activates and renews damaged skin. For people who don't want Botox. It minimizes wrinkles around the eyes and deep smile lines. (I like this, I'm not ret for Botox yet. But I would like to try the Restylane lip thing....)
The Hydra Plus Serum is a super moisturizing serum which contains Hyaluronic acid and Beta Glucan. This product contains no oil, so it is excellent for moisturizing with no oil and is great for people that have acne.
