Jesse Billauer,
is the founder of Life Rolls On Foundation,
a non-profit 501(c)3 that exists to be a grassroots resource, that provides hope and is an advocate on behalf of young people whose lives have been affected by spinal cord injury (SCI).
Jesse acquired a C6 spinal cord injury, as the result of a surfing accident on March 25, 1996. He was surfing at Zuma Beach in California and was pushed headfirst into a shallow sandbar, fracturing his neck and severing his spinal cord, leaving him a quadriplegic.
